Same as before: Common symtoms of endometriosis vary from person to person but include pain with sex, pain with bowel movements, pain with voiding, and pain with ovulation. There would be other symptoms that would occur with the period - but not of course after the hysterectomy. If the ovaries are removed with the hysterectomy (or later if needed), you have a much better chance of resolving the pain.

Pain: Usually pain symptoms. Sometimes the pain is worse about every 25-35 days. Sometimes painful sex. It is definitely a little harder to tell after a hysterectomy. Sometimes bladder pain can also be a sign.
