Inconsistent info: If you are a 22 year-old female, you do not have a penis ulcer. Having said that, penis ulcer suggests a venereal disease and if a person has one venereal disease s/he is at greater risk for HIV. Get tested for HIV. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
