Not normal: Would be concerned for possible fistula. Did you have a significant perineal tear, large episiotomy, difficult delivery (forceps, foot or arm presentation)? Please call and speak with your OB. Need good vaginal and rectal exam. Best of luck with this and congratulations on your newest member of your family. Dr R
