A week ago i feel on the ice i have some bad bruises on my knees one really bad! i have a really hard knock on one and i can barely walk on it i can't straighten it out please help me asap ?

Severe knee contusio: A sharp blow to both knees by falling directly on ice can be a significant amount of force. Thus if one can't fully straighten the knee or bear full weight u need to be evaluated soon as u may have a fracture.
