Conngestion: When you insert the spray make sure that you not push the tip against the side wall of the nose.Also keep your head horzontal. When used properly th action of your finger on the trigger should cause a " swoosh " as the medicine is delivered in a fine spray.You inhale at the same time and if it drips out of your nose you have not been firm enough when you " pulled the trigger"
