A member asked:

Could it happen such that a person with hepatitis b get married and and have child like normal people ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: First of all, your spouse should be vaccinated against hep b, if not done already. Then, depending upon your type of hep b, you could theoretically be cured of it prior to having a child - although the odds are not that high. If not, there are ways of decreasing the chance of transmitting the hep b to your baby - consult with your liver specialist to see which way is best for you.
