Not to worry: There is not much to do about the scoliosis now. Of course that depends on how severely curved the spine is. The arthritis or spondylosis I am sorry to say stays. There are medication that can help but spondylosis remains. Surgery to prevent the curve from getting worse is also available. If the pain radiates down the legs, then evaluation for disc disease is needed. Good luck .
