No!: Low hemoglobin and hematocrit is extremely common among young women! This is a sign of anemia and not lymphoma.If you have heavy periods, low iron, or both, it can cause your hgb to be a little low. Swollen glands usually indicate an infection more often than lymphoma, so if you have an infection it is common to have swollen glands. See your Dr if the glands do not reduce size after 10 days.
