No: If everything else is normal, the slightly low Hemoglobin & Hematocrit suggest mild anemia which can often be due to mild chronic blood loss such as from long heavy periods

See doc but no worry: not at all...mild anemia in menstruating females is not unusual although i suggest you see your doctor to be sure there is no evidence of bleeding elsewhere, such as the gastrointestinal tract..

Borderline: These values are borderline low but are not unusual in menstruating females who may be low in iron stores. Unless these levels have dropped significantly from several months ago, I would simply start taking daily iron to make up for monthly blood loss. However your physician is best to advise you about this and when to take another blood count. Not lymphoma.

Little bit anemic.: You're a bit anemic, and it may be a good idea to investigate why, especially if this is new. But in no way does this finding guarantee that you have lymphoma. There are many other more simple reasons for someone to be a bit anemic like this.

No lymphoma: Lymphoma is diagnosed by a biopsy of a lymph node not by a blood test.
