UpperRespInfection: It seems you have a viral Upper Respiratory Infection.If you finished the course of antibiotics as prescribed it is not recurrence.Drink more fluids and take some over the counter cough med and if no better consult your doctor. Most of these viral infections are self limited and get better in 5 to 7 days
