See an allergist: Antihistamines by themselves aren't the only treatment for allergies of whatever kind: sinus, skin, chest, or other forms. You need thorough evaluation by an Allergist/Immunologist, kindly check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
