Allergist?: Sorry to recommend yet another doctor, but have you been to an allergist to figure out what exactly is the cause for your symptoms? Based on what they find, you might be able to practice some avoidance of triggers (sometimes you can't). Allergists also are very good at med management. Lastly, depending on what you are allergic to, desensitization may be an option that could help you.
