Maybe cerumen in ear: Could be as simple as build of wax in ear. See ent, fp or internist for ear exam.

Ear pressure: If you have allergies, you may be congested in your nose which is leading to your ear pressure, you need a nasal spray, such as a steroid nasal spray to alleviate the congestion. If not available you can start with a saline nasal spray until you see the ent, if not contraindicated, you can also take an oral decongestant such as pseudoephedrine.
