Probably ok: If the white spot does but heal in 10 days, see your dentist to have it checked out. He/she may also be able to get you on a stop smoking program.

See your dentist: Visual examination and clinical assessment are vital to deciding what to do. If lesion is of recent occurrence, it is best to have it examined. A biopsy may be needed to arrive at a diagnosis.
