I am VERY leery: of any kind of neck adjustment in a person such as yourself who has known neck arthritis, and is of an age where there may be vascular disease. These issues can intersect especially in the neck, and if you are having any symptoms at all after neck manipulation I think you should be seen by a medical doctor.
