A Carb issue.: With PCOS you also have difficulty in how your body metabolizes carbohydrates. Eat a low carbohydrate diet. If you wish to try weight loss medication, I advise trying Saxenda, an injectible. Unfortunately many insurances do not pay for this. But it would work well for you.
