Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Testosterone side FX: While we can't cover every single complication, prior to starting any therapy, docs should discuss common & dangerous side effects, complications and/or expectations. For instance, traditional testosterone replacement therapy leads to infertility & testicular atrophy. However this is usually painless so testicular pain needs to be evaluated. Consider using hCG instead if size & fertility an issue.
