Depends upon locatio: If you have an undescended testicle, it should be removed to reduce your risk of cancer. If it is undeveloped, it should be evaluated by a urologist. One properly functioning testicle should (barring future injury or surgery) should provide enough testosterone and fertility for any normal adult male.
