Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. can be blackheads (infections) can be blood blisters from overrestrictive clothing or fragile vessels or a bleeding problem, freckles, or several other possibilities. Hard to say wihtout seeing what exactly is meant by the spots.
