Black dots from sun: This are called blood blisters within tiny veins. They will resolve. If they are brown and persist for 2-3 months, have them checked.

I got sunburned on Thursday and noticed on my legs I have tiny red dots where I was sun exposed. It's been 4 days and the dots are still there.
Legs exposed to sun (approx. 30 mins). Developed few small, red fluid-filled blisters at tops of R. knee. It spread down the inside of leg only. Afterward, appeared on L. knee and spread down. Later, appeared on outside of both elbows. Weird sunburn?
