Why always tired: It is important that you find out why you are always sleepy and tired. A visit to your primary care physician would be a good start. You and your physician might consider sleep apnea and a sleep study would indicate if that were true. Being tired all the time at 26 years old is not normal, regardless of weight.

Tired: First you must consider some basic medical issue your body mass index is about 30. This is already suggesting that more activity can be of benefit. However, many factors can cause weakness and tired, eg thyroid disease, acute infection of epstein barr virus (mononucleosis), sleep apnea at night, generalized anxiety, if you are a man low testosterone and the use of alcohol, caffeine and drugs.
