Avoid soy: Soy "milk" is highly processed and is not good to consume - by anybody. You didn't mention how old your son is. If he is an infant he needs a properly balanced substitute if you can't breast feed him. If older he may not even need milk. You may want to consider goat milk if cow dairy is giving him problems. Remember that children need fat for brain development. Stay away from low fat foods.
