It will take 6 days : or so for the 60 mg. of phentermine in two 37.5 mg. immediate-release capsules to have a negligible level in your body, less if your urine is acidic & more if it is alkaline. Please dispose of the Adipex & all other old/outdated prescription & OTC medications safely. If you have any adverse effects from your accidental O.D., please call your doctor.
