A member asked:

How do you have a period without a fallopian tube?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Learn anatomy: Periods are due to monthly shedding of the inside of the uterus (womb). The tubes connect ovaries to the uterus and have nothing to do with your periods. In the pic. the ovaries are the little footballs and the upper squiggly lines are tubes. The big cone is the uterus which extends to the tubular vagina.
