Menses: Not at all. Your menstrual bleeding comes from your uterus and that has no relationship with the fallopian tube.

your period has: Nothing to do your tubes, it only has to do with whether u still have a uterus and at least 1 working ovary, u can have periods after your tubes were removed as long as u still have at least 1 ovary and a uterus.
