Usually: Blockage in the fallopian tu ed is most often caused by infections, such as chlamydia or gonorrhea; or by a history of surgery on the tubes; or an ectopic pregnancy that grew in the tubes; or bad endometriosis can cause external scarring that could potentially block them.
