Acne treatment ABCs (abacavir): Acne is a chronic problem. There is no quick fix. There are good treatments to be had at every drugstore starting with benzoyl peroxide creams and mild cleansers. Antibiotics like minocycline and more serious treatments like Accutane can also be very helpful but not overnight! Good luck.
