Insufficient info: First I wish you relief, but given the above, you need to start with your own doctor, which you probably had, as you have some lab results, or go to the ER to rule out some serious conditions as venous thrombosis, ischemia or any vascular problem, then look for the other conditions that cause this picture, physical exam and thorough history are needed, good luck
