I've just had a positive ana (1/160) nucleolar pattern. does this mean i'm doomed to get systematic sclerosis? i have cfs but no inflammation. thanks

No: The ANA is very non=specific. If you do not have symptoms and signs of scleroderma, it is unlikely that you will have it in the future without more specific antibodies for scleroderma being positive.
