Maybe rebound : Sneezing and runny nose are more commonly relayed to upper respiratory tract infections and allergic rhinitis. Depending on the hydrocortisone strength if used for 7 to 10 days or more there could be a rebound effect and taper ensued. It may also be irritant rhinitis given that it's a cream. Ointment or an actusl intranasal preparation is preferred. Discuss with thr prescribing doctor.
