Chest wall pain: It seems the pain is in chest wall like ribs or other structures.Can be due to trauma or inflammation.Take Ibuprophen or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain relief if there is no allergy or stomach ulcer etc.And if it persists get it checked by your Doctor.
