TOS ?: 22y has sharp intermittent left subclavicular pain associated with ipsilateral arm radiation; chronic back pain. Consider musculoskeletal with intermittent brachial plexus impingement. Osteopath evaluation advised to rule out Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TOS. In young female with these symptoms Joint Hypermobility Syndrome needs to be ruled out.
