Evaluation: At some point you will need a physician evaluation. I understand your situation. After an elevated PSA I had to go to the urologist, get a complete exam that included a rectal and biopsy. It is a humbling experience for a physician to be on the other side (as a patient) of the equation. But still it was the best because we ruled out cancer. Please get the courage and get this checked out.
