No: Breathalyzers measure only ethyl (drinking) alcohol AKA CH3CH2OH. The term "alcohol" in chemistry describes a any CH2OH compound. The "alcohol" compounds in ice cream are safe and will not get you drunk (obviously) or show up on a breath test. Errors with breathalyzers (false positives) are few, like if people drink gasoline, paint remover, etc. Severe diabetes or gastric reflux may do it too.
