I have a question i'm in a program where i am not supposed to consume alcohol i get urine tested once a week for alcohol i recently bought melatonin gummies that say they contain sugar alcohol will that make me test positive for alcohol on my test?

If you are in a program, I am glad you are taking steps for your heath. In regards to sugar alcohol and ethanol (what you cannot have), they are not one and the same. Don't be confused. Although they share a similar name, sugar alcohol and alcoholic beverages do not have the same chemical structure. Sugar alcohol does not contain ethanol, which is found in alcoholic beverages. So no problem.
