Gonorrhea: Apart from appropriate antibiotics, there are no other approved treatment or creams for gonorrhea in the USA. Your best alternative is to prevent yourself from getting the infection by using barrier protection during intercourse. (Gonorrhea is a sexually transmissible disease).

Gonnorhea treatment: The CDC has specific guidelines for the treatment of Gonorrhea and the treatment should be Ceftriaxone 250mg injection and Azithromycin 1gram by mouth at the same time. The best way to stop from getting Gonorrhea are to have your partner treated as well, and to get tested with any new sexual partner, use condoms. At risk? Get tested again. http://www.cdc.gov/std/tg2015/gonorrhea.htm
