Get it checked: Injury to your knee last week&apparently you are in pain,as you are asking the question.We can not advice you how bad your injuries are without exam.You can put ice if there is swelling and rest if it hurts to walk,use a knee brace.And get it checked by your doctor or go to ER.After exam if indicated you may need xrays and/or MRI to find the extent of the injuries.It seems you are taking pain meds

If unable to walk,: Call your Doctor for an appointment. You may need to have it X-rayed or MRI depending on findings. You may also need to see orthopedist and have to be on crutches or nonweightbearing or orthoboot depending on what's found. Also get a second opinion from a DO to check musculoskeletal impact to your hips, low back and overall spine to neutralize your compensatory patterns.
