Hello, i got a blood hcg test and it was 5.3 miu. i ovulated 7 days before the test and my usual hcg level is 2 miu. is 5.3 miu considered pregnant?

No: Even sensitive pregnancy tests are not accurate enough to distinguish 5 mIU as positive or negative. It is too early at 7 dpo: pregnancy tests are not reliable until 11-12 days after ovulation. Good wishes.
