Doesn't matter : enteric coated versus not enteric coated aspirin 81 mg doesn't make a difference in terms of protecting u from a TIA or stroke. Rather the enteric coated is recommended as it's more gentle on stomach.

Pfo: It really does not matter whether a coated or uncoated aspirin is used. The aspirin is used for prevention in low risk patients and you should ask the prescribing physician why he is using this form of prevention
