Started taking tecta today, still in a lot of discomfort tonight. am i able to take omeprazole as well? or take two doses of tecta (40mg) tomorrow?

No...: It will be duplication. Can add zantac, (ranitidine) pepcid, Maalox etc. Get checked for H Pylori. Need to modify your meal habit and food. Wt loss and exercise, raising the head end of bed, not lying down immediately after full meal, reducing stress helps.
