No..perhaps you sent: a picture of this pigmented spot, but it is not here as I read and answer your question:) You don't really say where this "freckle" is....that doesn't matter too much anyway. Frequently it seems something "appears overnight" but often it has been there and we just haven't noticed it before. Concerns include if it is enlarging, if border is irregular, how dark it is. Safe to watch for a few weeks.
