Urgent care or ER: You don't mention whether your toddler has had any head trauma recently. Unfortunately, kids that age don't have any good way of telling us if something happened, so if you notice a definite change in the way your child is acting, it is prudent to get it checked out immediately. I would not delay. Good luck.
