There are many: ...possible causes for your symptoms, but most of them involve the external, middle or inner ear. Wax impaction, middle ear infection and inner ear inflammation are common causes. There's no substitute for a qualified health care professional doing a physical exam and finding out what is or isn't causing your symptoms. I urge you to see a doctor about this. Best wishes. Echo: It may be associated with the ear canal or middle ear. I would try an anti histamine as it may be due to a block in your eustachian tube. If it persists let your physician check your ear
