Asthma: Asthma & other lung diseases can make you more sensitive to smoke & other environmental chemicals & particles. If your chest feels tight, see if you can feel better w/your albuterol inhaler. If still tight & short of breath, you need to be seen sooner rather than later, perhaps at nearest Urgent Care or even ER if you can't get in to see your Family Doc or Pulmonologist.

Use ur rescue medicine: Inhaler, if you have one, AND go to your doctor/ER, or go right away, you most probably have an asthma flare up and need to be assessed, good luck
