I woke up with a migraine. while taking a bath, i started feeling nauseous and suddenly everything went dark. i could not see anything and somehow got myself to my bed. after some time, i could finally see. is this concerning or simply migraine aura?

Vasospasm: This episode was characteristic of a transient spasm of a blood vessel which occurred as part of the migraine episode. Usually the vasospasm precedes the headache as an aura, but vasospasm can occur during a more prolonged migraine attack. If you have further concerns, consult a neurologist or headache specialist for advice
