Probably not: There are hobo spiders in WA. If they ever bite at all, the result is much less severe than brown recluse. Expert opinion differs as to the existence of any bites by hobos. They are very reluctant to attack. Unless you saw and felt a bite, then took the creature for expert identification, assume it is something else. Best bet is a dermatologist.
