Phlegm: you may have mucous gathering in your throat or trachea. It is called phlegm and if clear can be treated with mucinex (guaifenesin). If it is colored you may need an antibiotic. If you take the mucinex (guaifenesin) then take 1 to 2 tabs twice a day. Drink plenty of water. Good luck and feel better!
