Questionable benefit: If you are taking a mixed diet, there is no use in taking CoQ 10 or other supplements. You may take a regular multivitamin, if you wish, but going for Super B etc. is just waste of money. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Yes: too many supplements can cause imbalance . especially with mineral supplements such zinc and copper can affect iron absorption. b vitamins are more forgiving so you will probably be ok.

CoQ10: CoQ10 is produced Heart, Kidneys, Liver and Pancreas. It is present in legumes, soybeans, peanuts, broccoli, cauliflower and oranges; herring, rainbow trout, sardines and salmon. More than 300 mg/day may affect levels of liver enzymes, may cause headache, nausea, upset stomach, Super B complex Vitamin may cause upset stomach. Vitamin B in CoQ10 may cause further increase in upset stomach.
