HA management: some general rules regarding chronic headaches: - treat early- do not wait till HA gets worse - avoid triggers - use few pathways at same time for relief (ie. ibuprophen + acetaminophen or acetaminophen + diphenhydramine, etc) please beware of ur allergies and check with ur primary doctor - assure at least 7-9 hrs of sleep nightly - hydrate well - avoid stressors if possible - daily exercise

If you have : No reason not to take aspirin, when you know you are getting a headache, before the pain, take 3 excedrines. Be sure to get enough rest, stay hydrated and eat right.
