Sudden headache: Brain aneurysms are usually undetected except when they rupture. When this happens it is cataclysmic with the sudden onset of the "worst headache of ones life". This can lead to neck stiffness, sensitivity to light, nausea/vomiting, coma. The headache is often described as a "thunderclap" headache. Immediate medical attention shoudl be sought.
